If you submit the contact form on this site, we collect your name, phone number, and email address. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with third parties, used for marketing, or added to any mailing list.

This site uses a single functional cookie to record your cookie consent preference. No tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies are used. The consent preference cookie contains only the value "accepted" or "rejected" and expires after 365 days.

Third-party content
Some images on this site are loaded directly from Wikimedia Commons servers (upload.wikimedia.org). When your browser loads these images, Wikimedia's servers receive your IP address as part of the standard HTTP request. Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy governs that data collection. This site does not embed third-party analytics scripts, advertising networks, social media widgets, or other external tracking elements.
External links to government websites (Canada.ca, ontario.ca, nrcan.gc.ca) and horticultural associations open in a new tab. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
Data storage and security
Contact form submissions are transmitted over TLS (HTTPS). Server logs are stored on servers located in Canada. No payment information is collected on this site. We do not store sensitive personal information.
